**Abstract:**

As electric potential of a certain point in a conductor should be understood electrons chaotic motion velocity in this point. As electric charge of an electronic cloud should be understood product of its mass and statistical average chaotic motion velocity of its electrons. As kinetic energy of an electronic cloud should be understood product of its mass and half square of statistical average chaotic motion velocity of its electrons. As electric tension between two points of an electronic cloud should be understood the difference between these points’ electric potentials. As electric energy that constantly transfers to heat at a certain length of a conductor should be understood product of the tension between beginning and ending points of this length and its statistical average charge.
